What if there was no such thing as perfect health?

No perfect microbiome.
No perfect diet.
No perfect hormones.

I know, as a recovering perfectionist this is really hard for me to read AND to write.. 

But the truth is - there isn’t. Or at least not perfect health that lasts forever

Our bodies are dynamic, ever changing organisms, shaped by our environment, our histories, our traumas, and our daily rhythms. Striving & obsessing over “perfect health” can actually do more harm than good, leaving us anxious, depleted, and disconnected.

That’s why I created The Well Women's Workshop, a monthly workshop series designed to help you:

  • Release the pressure to “do health perfectly” (while actually supporting healthy)

  • Learn practical, resilient ways to support your body & mind

  • Connect in community with other women on the path of building resilience, vitality and who are similarly health-conscious 

  • Walk away with tools you can use in real life, literally starting on day 1 

How the Workshop Series Works

Once per month, we gather live on Zoom for a 1 hour session designed to help you pause, reconnect, and learn.

Every workshop follows the same rhythm: a short grounding practice to arrive in the moment, a focused teaching on the month’s theme, time for open Q&A and community connection, and a closing intention to carry with you. You can join for a single drop in session or commit to 6 months for deeper continuity & care for yourself. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording to watch at your own pace. 

Over time, these monthly workshops become touchstones, consistent reminders that you don’t need perfect health to be well, resilient, and whole.

You’ll learn how to build resilience, tune into your body’s unique signals, and use simple practices that support real life wellness.
